Possible: She has strep with it in her blood stream. Impossible to say tot hour her being seen. If she has this it is serious . She needs to go to doc!

Streptococcus: She may have an infection from streptococcus (strep throat). The rash is a systemic (all-over the body) type of reaction. She should she the doctor who did her tonsillectomy or a general practitioner as soon as possible evaluate and maybe start antibiotics.
