Ibuprofen: You can take up to four 200mg pills 4x daily. When you see your doctor they can talk about prescription medication such as antibiotics and possibly oral steroids for pain/swelling.

Throat: Hi don't wait until tomorrow. Go to an urgent care or ER. Have them do a throat cx and a blood test for mono.
