Hsg: As long as you have an hsg that shows bilateral spillage, and no hydrosalpinx, you can be reassured that there is a hole through which an egg can pass amongst fertilized. You're young and so you should be able to get pregnant. If actively trying for more than a year, and not pregnant by then, see a doctor.

Pictures?: You are clearly talking about an hsg film; we'd have to see the images to comment. 'bilateral located spillage' is not a disorder or a disease, it's just words for describing a radiographic finding.
