I am 61 years old, male. my ige is 527, can get any escape from here?

High IgE levels: A high ige level is not particularly associate with disease severity; other than in a rare lung disease called abpa. Many persons have high ige levels that are meaningless.

Depends: If you have asthma, which may be associated with an elevated ige, the disease condition needs be treated and may relieve your cough. However an ige 527 per se without symptoms does not require treatment . (parasites can cause a rise in ige as well).
