Extremely high IgE: That ige level is extremely high suggesting a problem with your son's immune system. He needs to see a board certified allergist urgently.

What is his IgG?: He should have a complete immunological workup to see if he has any other immunological problem like a low igg for example. The ige level you quoted is sky high. He should be sen by an allergist/immunolgist.
