Denture: It sounds like you have a partial denture to replace your front teeth. I can't tell you what hospital policy will be in your case. Your OB may be able to answer that. But don't worry, no one will be looking at you. Everyone will be focusing on your baby. Good luck with your baby.

During labor: Make your ob\gyn and anesthesiologist aware of all removable appliances in your mouth and they will decide whether or not you should remove them. As a general rule, they do require patients to remove all removable appliances when there is any chance that some form of anesthesia will be used. Congratulations and good luck!

Depends: As long as the staff knows you have them, they may let you wear them. If any chance of C-section they cannot be worn. Best is not to wear them just in case. Give them to someone you trust with them --- in a case -- not a tissue. Get them back right after delivery. Risk is losing them or dislodging them and creating an airway/ throat problem, when all attention should be on delivery. Good luck.
