My periods are every 35-42 days. I bleed between periods, my progesterone is very low, testosterone is low normal, sugar and ultrasound normal. Flu like PMS & osteopenia. I'm slim. One doc thinks PCOS two others think another cause. What could it be?

If a doctor examines you will they be able to tell if your having implantation bleeding?
Im 5 weeks pregnant and have somewhat bad cramps and bleeding like im on my period. I went to see the doc but they couldnt tell anything yet
