OB: Please sign off of the internet and call your ob. This could be an emergency. Don't go to the er. Go to the ob. Page the ob. They may send you to the labor and delivery suite for ultrasound.

Follow with Gynecolo: You need to consult your gynecologist asap to determine what is going on tubal pregnancy needs to be treated asap before the tube ruptures misscarriage needs to be followed up as well and if it is normal pregnancy you need pre natal care as well if ultrasound may not show tubal pregnancy and you may have to do transvaginal ultrasound.So consult your ob/gyn doctor.
