Pancreatits: painful: Abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting are most important symptoms of pancreatitis. If you have enlarged pancreas then it could be due to so many things. Pancreatitis is a swelling of pancreas and it can present with an enlarged pancreas but it is a very painful condition. If you don't have a pain and pancreas is swollen then we need to find the reason for it. You can get an ultrasound or ct scan.
