I am taking 300 mgs of clindamycin 3 times per day for the last 3-days for a bad tooth abscess. can i take lomotil 3-hours before i go to my oral surgeon to have the tooth abscess drained? i am going tomorrow, monday, may 3. i need an answer fast.

Yes: Take the Lomotil half way between doses of the antibiotic.
