It is not bad: This is close to the normal values. Such minor variations are common. I would not be concerned unless you have some other problems or medical conditions that you are concerned about.

No: It seems that WBC is on the low-normal side, depending on your lab range, which varies from lab to another. Your neutrophils are slightly deceased and lymphocytes are slightly increased. This may/may not be significant but this picture can be seen in the setting of viral infection. To accurately interpret these results, we need to know the other blood counts, prior results and the circumstance.
