acne breakouts while using accutane, but now it's gone. now small pimples came again. can i reuse accutane and will i get breakouts like i did before?

Maybe: Try using the topical acne treatments for now. If the acne is not responding well enough to those, then see the doctor. You might need prescriptions or even another course of accutane.
