Accutane: Accutane therapy consists of a full 5-month course of therapy. By missing 5 pills you are simply going to have to take the medication for 5 days longer at the end. You may or may not get a breakout while restarting therapy but in the big scheme of things it won't matter since by the time you have finished the course of treatment your acne should be much better.

Accurane: it would seem very unlikely as the effects of Accutane are cumulative and enduring over time.
