My 2 month olds apnea monitor is constantly going off showing a bpm of 234 and higher mainly when she is calm and resting. should i be worried?

Have machine checked: Some of these machines can misread the electrical impulses of a heart beat and give you a false count, sometimes reading the upper chamber and lower chamber beats as two rather than one synchronized beat. I would have the machine evaluated and or changed.If real, its a problem.
