Poor control ; ...: There is no uniform approach for the individuals with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome. Clinical trials utilizing cyclosporin, tacrolimus, or Mycophenolate Mofetil (mmf) with corticosteroid show variable success rate of inducing remission. Therefore, poor control of proteinurua and edema and higher rate of drug toxicity is common.
