Worry? No-Treat? Yes: Headaches waking you up persistently at night may be any number of things from tension type to migraine and there are others. Your use of the words "many years" suggests that these are likely benign (though i'm certain painful and perhaps even debilitating). Therefore, should you be worried? I would say likely not...But i suggest a good headache specialist to get you treated on back to yourself.
