Hard to say: However, if if only happens once a year and is short lived, it is not likely to be too dangerous. If pain is severe, or lasts more than an hour or so or you have stiff neck with it you would need to be seen. Some headaches come on with orgasm. Again, not usually too dangerous but should be seen by a physician.
