Chronic headaches: Chronic headaches in the mornings is a common symptom of TMJ dysfunction and nighttime bruxism (chronic teeth grinding and/or clenching). But it is not the only possible cause. Have him see a dentist who is experienced in treatment of bruxism and TMJ. Also see a medical doctor to examine for any medical irregularities.
