Pronamel: Yes, it has some remineralizing effects. There are better prescription toothpastes as well. It is always best to discuss these issues with your own dentist who knows you and your dental condition the best.

Yes: Yes, clinical studies have shown that pronamel does promote remineralization of enamel. While using pronamel, you should abstain from drinking/eating highly acidic foods and liquids, such as sodas, lemons, grapefruits, orange juice, vinegars. These acidic foods can soften enamel that you are trying to remineralize.
