No toothpaste?: If you have no toothpaste, brush your teeth twice. First with a dry brush, then wet the brush with water and brush again. As always, brush thoroughly, and floss.

Just the brush: You can use the tooth brush only with water, brush then rinse. As the toothpaste have mild abrasives that facilitate the brushing but without it is just as good., don't forget to floss ;).

Brushing: It's brushing that physically pushes the bacteria off your teeth. Toothpaste makes your mouth taste good, and, if fluoridated, can help prevent cavities. If you have a toothbrush, use it. If not, wipe your teeth gently with a soft cloth.
