Not quite: Oxygen saturation reflects the proportion of red blood cell pigment - hemoglobin that is loaded ("saturated") with oxygen. It is unitless and shown as %. Oxygen uptake is the quantity of oxygen absobed/ consumed per unit time , usually in milliliters per min.
