If there is bleeding: The low platelet count itself will not cause the dizziness or fatigue. However, a low platelet count can lead to spontaneous bleeding. This lowering of the blood count can lead to low blood pressure and dizziness. Furthermore, the low platelet count often is not in isolation. There may be a panctyopenia meaning low red and white blood count. This anemia can lead to dizziness/fatigue. See doctor.
