Both are bad: These questions are kind of like asking whether it is better to shoot yourself in the head with a 22 caliber or a 45 caliber bullet. It is a far better idea to decide not to shoot yourself in the head, period! k2/spice, unlike marijuana, has been associated with seizures and death in several patients, as well as in psychotic episodes. Cannabis itself is far safer. Meth is a horrible drug as well.
