Vising?: Not sure what you mean by vising but i'll try to answer the safety issue. Rescue inhalers for asthma are generally safe when used properly. A very small percentage of people are sensitive to the drug class in these inhalers. Your physician who knows your history can best answer this question for you. Good luck.

Vising?: Did you mean visine or vaporizing ? As for oral inhaler, the bronchodilator ones should not be used regularly as a maintenance medication since it may actually worsen your asthma. The steroid one can be safely used without or with a long-acting bronchodilator with little or no significant long term side effects except in very high doses. Either the nebulized or meter-dose ones are ok.
