Aspercreme: Aspercreme (Trolamine salicylate) is a topical that reduces swelling/ inflammation of muscle & joints. I don't know of any contraindication with menstrual cramps but am not sure how effective it would be. I have read anecdotals of women who found it helped for this purpose.
