Yes safe, but: try not to combine alcohol with Tylenol, not good for your liver, also not to exceed recommended dosage for Tylenol, read the labels carefully (no more than 1 gm / 4-6 hours, and no more than 4 GM's / 24 hours)

Yes: In an adult, Tylenol is generally safe if limited to not more than 4 grams (8 extra strength 500mg tablets) in one day and you are otherwise healthy. Exceeding that limit or in children giving more than appropriate dose by their weight (15mg/kg every 6 hrs) is very dangerous. If you are under 50, naproxen or ibuprofen tend to work better for menstrual cramping. If occasional, alcohol is OK.
