Please advise if it's normal to have those yellow circles around the iris ?

Age related: Most likely these are lipid deposits on the cornea outer arc called the corneal arcus. These are not on the iris. They are usually greyish or yellowish in color. These are benign and do not reflect bodily lipid balance nor pathology in the eye.
