Yes but only if . . : Just like you have to keep taking blood pressure medication even tho BP is back to normal. This assumes of course that you have noticed a clinical benefit from testosterone therapy w/o any side effects or metabolic (lab) issues on repeated blood draws. I tell my patients that if they can't tell any improvement on an adequate level of testosterone, then there's no need to continue. Talk w/your doc.
