Please advise if it's common to experience sleep paralysis when you suffer with chronic fatigue syndrome cfs/me?

See below: A proper history and exam is recommended to discern the cause of your fatigue. For example, it may be related to untreated sleep apnea or narcolepsy, which can cause chronic fatigue, excessive daytime sleepiness, and sleep paralysis. Please see your pcp to help determine the cause of your fatigue.
