Be proactive!!!!: Being proactive goes a long way to prevent your condition from becoming worse. Strategies include: 1. Maintaining a schedule/ structure to your day 2.Get 8 hrs of sleep (avoid under or oversleeping 3.Get your lab results and patient documents in order (help your specialist piece clues together) 4.Exercise the best you can. 5. Build a network of friends that you can trust but can still critique.
