Creatine before: Creatine is a small molecule that helps with initial activity energy. It holds onto phosphorous in the muscle cells. Therefore, maintaining maximum creatine in muscle cells will allow increase sets, help sprinting workouts, it will pull water into muscles. So creatine after workouts, does not match its intent but ok if you took it everyday after your work outs cause that works for you.
