Pres med?: Not sure what that is, but consistent BP that high should be addressed and followed closely. Kidney's are a big part of BP regulation and kidney disease can also be a reflection if long standing uncontrolled BP. Certain medications can worsen kidney function, but dehydration is the number one cause. I recommend seeing a Nephrologist.
