Go Low Carb!: Low carb, high fat diets are getting a lot of press lately, & for good reason. If u choose HEALTHY fats (salmon, nuts, avocados, olive oil, etc) & eat enough protein you'll find that u feel satisfied, even without carbs. I wouldn't entirely eliminate carbs, but reduce them significantly 2 control your weight. Avoid sugar & highly processed carbs. Skip chips, cookies, soda, white bread/rice, cakes.
