Helpful: This is a good source of protein and obviously if labeled properly, contains little fat. Add this to the overall balance of your diet and you should achieve your goal.

Depends on quantity: true protein =4 calories/ gram, fat 9 calories/ gram but still can eat large quanties lean meat, and gain weight, if don't use it-exercise
