Nasal soreness: Greetings. The inside our noses sometimes get inflamed and possibly infected with the staph bacteria that normall loves inside our nostrils. This is called nasal vestibulitis and may benefit from a topical application of an antibiotic ointment called mupiricin. This is an antibiotic that requires a prescription. See your ENT doctor for confirmation.
