Worrisome: Headache after any head injury can represent underlying hemorrhage / hematoma around brain coverings! Could just be a bruise. May not necessarily require any specific treatment but it is always good to get it checked, especially if it is a matter of one's head!

I hit the top of my head and have a small goose bump. No clinical signs other than a sore spot, slight headache. Any concern on this? Being over 60 years I am more aware of possible conditions. No lapse of conscious nor dizziness.
