Walk: Aerobic fitness ( cardio) can begin easily by starting a walking program. Try to walk a mile every other day and progress from there( both in distance and pace ). If walking is not for you or not a reasonable option consider riding an exercise bike ( or regular bicycle ) or swimming. Other options include stair master, elliptical or an aerobics 'class' @ the Y. Start slow! Good Luck!
