Won't hurt: Planks are great core and upper body exercises. However, they will not,help you lose,weight unless you combine them with cardiovascular activity and eating less and more healthily. 30 minutes of moderate cardio 5x weekly and dropping junk food will support the benefits,of,your,planks!
