i have had a horrible flu for 3 weeks+. i just noticed this morning that my cheek bone under my l eye was sore, now there is a large swollen lump?

See eye doctor if by: Cheek area close to lower lids to examine to make sure it's something that could affect the eyes. If its over the cheek bone not close to lower lids, have your pcp examine it to see exactly what it is. Chances are it could be related to your flu.
