Pop Goes the Weasel!: Yeah. Makes sense to me. You popped it and now it's infected. Don't go trying to pop it again.I was going to say "unless you know what you're doing,"but we know the answer to that. Leave it alone, keep it clean, maybe apply warm compresses. If that doesn't help, or it gets bigger and more painful, go get it looked at by a doctor. It may need "popping" the right way (called "incision and drainage")
