Eye lid bubble: Hello, a lesion on your lid could be a stye, hordeoleum, chalazion, etc. And true truly know what the lesion is, you need to have it evaluated by a dr., preferably an eye specialist (ophthalmologist). Best wishes.

A cyst on the: Eyelid may be due to inflammation or infection. More than likely you may be describing a chalazion or hordeolum. Both can be treated conservatively with warm compresses and massage. Since your doctor mentioned it may be related to a systemic condition you should have it re-evaluated.
