Ulcer disease: To stage an ulcer you really need for someone to do an endoscopy ;that is look down into your stomach to see directly. I hope , during all this time , that you have been tested for h. Pylori /most ulcers are infections that can be treated with antibiotics . It's unfortunate that people continue to be treated long-term with other medications that only treat symptoms.
