Long: Most breast implants, barring any complications, can stay in place for your life time.

Forever!: Breast implants don't have a shelf life- as long as you are happy with them, leave them alone. The only time to change them is when there is a problem with the implant (rupture/contracture/leak/deflation) or if you are ready for a change.

Forever: You can keep your breast implants in for as long as you would like as long as you are not having any issues with them. If there is a rupture then generally they need to be replaced.
