Medication management: Good question , if you're working closely with someone that you can talk to that is primary. You should not be and swayed by other then trusted physician unless those closest to you are truly concerned about how you're behaving. Suboxone and Adderall are excellent drugs for what has become physical problems in your brain. Adderall my be forever Suboxone you can eventually end. Xanax (alprazolam) not the best.

Probably. yes!: It sounds like you are very pleased with the effects that your doctor(s) have helped you achieve. Let them know that! everyone likes to feel successful when they are. Work with them to plan for the future. They may think that it makes sense to see if a reduction is possible at times. They've done well, trust them.
