Not sure: Never assume anything. Are your sure you miscarried? Did you have a followup HCG level drawn? This could represent continuation of the original pregnancy, an incomplete miscarriage, or less likely, an ectopic pregnancy.

Miscarriage: You should see a gyn to make sure you do not have still some products of conception. Also if you ate having pain you need to be investigated for infection or an ectopic . You would need blood work and an ultrasound.
