Migraine : This is not typical but is probably related to your stress over the miscarriage. Treat the migraine the same way you would have done for you did not have a miscarriage. Good Luck

Migraine : Migraine headaches are not normally associated with miscarriage. The occurrence could be coincidental or if you have been previously diagnosed with Migraines then this could just be another one. A 3 day migraine headache should be evaluated by your primary care doctor or neurologist
