Is 5 hrs of sleep enough, not really tired stress at work keeps me energized but can this become a problem?

Not enough: Your body needs at least 7-8 hours of sleep a night no enough sleep can make you less able to handle the stress. Try exercising 15-20 minutes a day to stimulate natural endorphins to help with the stress. Try relaxation techniques.
