Maybe: Walking and crawling have similar reciprocal movements and often occur around the same time.Some do by 9-12 months and some a little later.Premature birth can also delay these skills. If the kid does not sit up well and pull to stand i would consult with your physician on the matter.The number of teeth is normal.
