Right below belly button, center & right abdomen feel very hard when i lay down on bed & press. left side is soft. no pain. no blood in urine. help!

It needs to be check: You feel something in your abdomen when you lie down, we can not say what it may or may nor be.I will suggest you get it checked by your doctor if it is of concern to you.

Non-specific symptom: "hard" could mean gas, or stool (if you are constipated). There is likely no connection to your urinary system. If your symptoms persist then please seek medical evaluation.
