I have celiac. i woke up this morning with tenderness and a warm feeling near my left heel. i did not injure it. could this be celiac related?

Unlikely: Although vitamin malabsorption can lead to neuropathy in untreated celiac, unless this problem progresses or persists, i won't be too concerned. Sometimes people may accidentally sprained something without realizing it since the pain often comes on a day later.
